Q: Outlook general calendar

Using outlook 2k, not as an administrator.

I'm a lowly employee in a a group of 3 people within a
very big company. We'd like to be able to create a general
calendar, only visible to and updateable by the three of
us, that has a list of all our reoccuring tasks. Is this
possible, and if so, how do I go about creating it?

Do you use Exchange server? if not, you'll need a 3rd party utility.

Install GroupCalendar for Outlook from http://www.OutlookGroupCalendar.com
It's an Outlook client add-on that will work only for the 3 of you and
others will not see your items.
