Q: Word 2004 documentstructure

Hello,

In Word 2003 for Windows it is possible to show the structure of the
document on the left side. I don't know the correct Name in English. In
geman it is called "Dokumentenstrucktur" an it shows the Headlines of the
document. On Word2004 I can't find this function. There is nothing called
"Dokumentenstrucktur" in the menus.

Is this just a Windows-function??

Thanks

Kind Regards

Martin

Hi Martin -

I believe what you're looking for is called the Document Map which is a part
of the Navigation Pane. Select that from the View Menu, then you'll have the
panel on the left. There's a list at the top from which you can choose
either Document Map or Thumbnails.
