QAT and templates.

I've poked around a bit (and probably missed) how do I add the equivalent
of "Microsoft Office Button >> new >> my templates" to the QAT in excel?

I thought that Qat was something Yemenis and Somalis got high on but,
no, it's the "Quick Access Toolbar"

You can't do this in Excel 2010, that is show My Templates, so I
figure you can't do it in Excel 2007 either.
