QB Pro 2004 migration to MS Accounting Express 2007

I am trying to migrate my current company file from QB Pro 2004 to MS Office
Accounting Express 2007. I have installed the additional files for migrating
transactions... everytime I go to the migrate screen and choose All Data then
select the file, I get "File is invalid. Select another file."?????

The migration wizard says it is compatible with QB 2004? How can I get this
working?
