Hate to trouble you all, but I've got an issue that I have seen mentioned
several times in the forums, but as yet I have never seen a fix
When a user starts Outlook (in this case 2003), it automatically puts an
icon into the Quick Launch bar. We have not configured it to do this (There
is nothing in the MST for example)
This normally wouldn't be an issue, as in fact, we want an Outlook icon in
the QL bar, however, we want to add a specific parameter switch to the
command (\nopreview), but because I don't know what is creating the icon, I
can't add the extra parameter to it.
I've also tried creating the shortcut in the QL bar beforehand, but Outlook
then amends the shortcut and removes the parameter.
Any ideas how I can either
1) Amend the setting that creates the shortcut to include the parameter we
require
2) Stop the shortcut from being created in the first place (so I can provide
my own)
3) Some how run a script after Outlook is first run to delete/amend the
shortcut it creates.
Any help most appreciated.
