QLFENGL.DLL File Error box

When trying to open ms word I am getting a box come up
that inhibits the opening of the file; it says file error
and the name of the file ie QLFENGL.DLL,. the box has a
close button which operates but does not make the box go
away; if you click continually or use task manager you
can get rid of it and eventually the file will open. I
may have a virus or something. Have tried getting rid of
ms office all together and reloading the programme and
still i get the problem. Any solution would be greatly
appreciated.

A quick Google indicates that qlfengl.dll belongs to some fax software
(Quick Link Fax), not to Office. Uninstall that and your problems may go
away.
