Hi Kathie,
'Technically' there's a 6 credit hour load requirement
http://microsoft.com/office/forstudents/qeu.asp
and with 2 month classes it would appear you would meet
that in the equivalent term of a 'semester' or 'quarter'
in an onsite insttitution.

You may also want to consider Office 2003 Beta (pre-release)
software to get you through October and then purchase
the expected Office 2000 Student & Teacher's Edition at
that time.

The Office 2003 beta is free except for shipping and
handling and is pretty stable at this point.
Good luck with your MBA
==========
I am earning my MBA online with Regis University and want
to purchase Office XP for Teachers and Students. The
online curriculum calls for one 3 credit hour class every
8 weeks. Do I qualify to purchase this version of Office
XP?>>
