quarter-page fliers

hi everyone,

i'm trying to make quarter-page fliers in word, and i know that i can do this using text boxes, but i'm sure there's an easier way to do it. all the boxes on a page will be the same.

Just design it on a regular page. When you go to print, change Copies
and Pages to Layout, and tell it to print 4 pages per sheet.

Do a very rough 5-min design, and test that printing method, first.

Consider using a 2 column by 2 row table?

this only works to print four pages on one sheet; i have to have a four-page document for that to work, which i guess is fine, but ultimately i have to send this document to a PC and print it out from there, and i don't know if that computer has the option of printing four pages on one sheet. thank you though!

Depends on the version of PC Word at the other end. Later versions will
print 4-up. The method Bob suggested works anywhere.

If the PC prints 4-up, then you just print 4 copies, at 4 pages per
sheet (rather than needing a 4-page doc).
