Quatro Pro Conversion

Our office finally changed our spreadsheets from Quatro
Pro 10 to Excel 97. The problem comes when trying to
convert files. At the present time we have to open the
file with Quatro Pro, use "save as", and save it as an
excel file. We have the conversion for Corel 7, but that
doesn't seem to be compatible with Corel 10. Is there a
conversion progam available? If not can we limit our steps
within excel in order to remove the corel program?
