Queries - Allowed Blank

What should I do if I want to allowed blank value to appear in the cell.

I've created a query. One of the column, to return a value lookup from
another table. When I run, not all the data is shown. I had a look and this
is because there is no value but I want them to be in the query appear blank.

How can I do that?

Double-click on the reference line between these two tables in the
queries design view. Select the appropriate option (2 or 3).
