Queries to display in form

I have a data entry form that contains about 25 fields.
I want to use a form identical to the data entry form for
my users to query from. I want the user to be able to
enter information in the field or fields he is searching,
then be able to click search. I want the results of the
query to display in the same form view as the one
querying from. In other words, I want the same form view
for all functions (entering, querying, and viewing data).
I have all of the forms and queries created to do this, I
just can't get the criteria or macros to display the
results.

what is the criteria I must enter to get the query to run
through each field and display results that apply? what
is the macro to get the results to display in the same
form view?

Have you explored the Query By Form functionality? From the toolbar,
when you see a form in normal view.
