Queries to tables

I want to bring in a query into the ArcMap software. I am
able to add tables but I want to add a table. Can I copy
and paste the query into a new table? I've tried
exporting into an excel file but the limit is a little
over 65, 000 records and the table I need is about 150,000
and it loses its format. Any ideas?

A Make-Table query will put the results of a query into a new table.
