I need to query an active directory for info is that possible for access?
I have a table of employees names and based on the name i need to query the
AC to get title and email
how do i do that?

No, it isn't possible.

I am not sure what to tell you about determining title; however, you might
want to talk to the person who sets up email accounts for your company to
see what the naming convention is for email accounts. You may be able to
determine email address based on the names you have in your table by using
the same naming convention.
