Query-by-form

Can anyone recommend a good Query-by-form tutorial? Or give some
pointers? I'm doing the one on the microsoft site but I can't get it
to work for some reason. I'm not using the Northwind example they
give. I'm trying to adapt it to my own table, form, and query.

The Combo Box wizard has one option that is for finding the record on the
Form that is selected in the Combo Box. Unless you are doing something more
complicated than a one-field criteria, that's about as easy as it can get.
