query for tag renewal

How can I create a query to identify when a tag is about to expire. My dbase
has a field in table1 called tagpurchased (date format is MM/YYYY) and I'd
like to have a query to identify when tags are due renewal (12 months from
the date it was purchased). Any suggestion would be appreciated.
