Query format problem

Dudley

I am trying to create a query in order to export to Word in the format:

COMPANY:XYZ
DIRECTOR:JOE SMITH
DIRECTOR:pETER JONES
SECRETARY:DAVID WILLIAMS

However, the Access 2000 select query comes out as two records:

COMPANY:XYZ
DIRECTOR:JOE SMITH
SECRETARY:DAVID WILLIAMS

COMPANY:XYZ
DIRECTOR:pETER JONES
SECRETARY:DAVID WILLIAMS

How do I produce the format I need?

Thanks for any help.
