Query Multiple fields in Table??

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right group for this post. I ahve
used Access before, but am not that good at 'extracting'
data into the format that my users require.

I have created a table with Auto Number, Primary Key.
There are a total of 25 fields. I would like users to be
able to query this table. The user could choose 1 field
(or as many as they like). I want Access to return the
information that the user has selected. This could be as
little as one field, or as many as the entire table.

Example:
The user may be looking for the information in 3 of these
fields. I want Access to return the records that have
these fields only. There may be multiple results, and I
want to be able to show them in a report.

The report could include other fields from the same table,
and I would like the option of showing the reults on the
screen, or printing to the users local printer.

I think I am almost looking for a template, that is filled
in with the users specific data, but I'm not too sure!!

Is this possible?

TIA,
Scott
