Query regarding default startup application

Hi,

I have windows 2003 server on which I have installed both office 2003 and
office 2007 beta 2.
When I try to open an info path form, by default it opens in Infopath 2003.
I tried to change the default program type by going to folder options but
again it is opening in Infopath 2003?
On office XP, If I install both office 2003 and office 2007 then by default
infopath form are opening in 2007.

Can anybody provide any solution for this problem?
