Query/Report Setup

I have a table set up wit

Group Name Q1 Q2 Q
Group 1 Yes No N
Group 2 No Yes N
Group 2 Yes No Ye
Group 2 Yes No N

I need to generate a query & report system that will allow me to make a chart of Group 2's answers for Q1 (ie. pie chart with percentages for yes vs. no [Group 2 for Q1 = 66% yes: 33% no]). I also need to be able to show below the chart how many subjects are in that group (ie. Group 2 = 3 subjects). Lastly, I would like to be able to make another chart that showed group 1 vs group 2 answering yes to Q1. If anyone can help I would appreciate it greatly.
