How can I compute very basic statistics for the results of a query? All I'm
really interested in is counting the number of unique values in one or more
fields that result from a query, with or without criteria entered. I suppose
another way of saying this is I want to "count everything" that comes up in
query. Preferably, I would like a simple enough method to allow me to repeat
the process for different queries over and over again, using a macro if
necessary.
Now, do I make a query based on a query, a report based on the query, or is
there another way possible?
