Query the Outlook Address List and Append Record to an Access Tabl

I'm looking for an example of the commands necessary to query Outlook's
Address List and return values for a single entry, which can be appended to a
table. Someone produced some sort of linked table (in Access) that contains
records from the Outlook address list, but it's huge, linked, and takes
forever to when DLookup's are used.
