Query to Excel link where condition isn't working

I have a query linked to excel using ODBC but one of the
condition (not like) is not being picked up in excel.

The query returns 202 records but excel show 230. The
difference is from not like.
One of the field I have (Not Like "301Y*") in the query
but excel picks up those records anyway.
