Query to look at digits

Is there a way to do a query so it only brings back
numbers that are a certain # of digits?

My table looks like this

000124
021547
23154
365412

I only want to bring back 23154...anything under 6 digits
I want to bring back.

Like "[0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]"
