There is no direct way to do that, as far as I know.
To be able to create pdf files , you have to have a pdf creation software.
Most of these appear as printers when they are installed.
You can ofcourse buy the official Adobe Acrobat full version (not just the
reader) from Adobe, or you could use third party software. I use a third
party pdf creator called pdf995 from
www.pdf995.com
which costs $10.
So, you could create a report that prints to a PDF "printer" This is the
easy way.
But, you could also get fancy and incorporate a PDF Creator DLL that would
create PDFs and display them within Access. That would require a bit of
programming as well.
