Query where results are a total in popup

Running Access 2000
I would like the results of my query to display a Total (count) in a popup
box.

Example:
The secretary needs to know the total amount of members that have keycards
in our organization. She clicks a button that runs the query in the
background and the result is a popup box with the total in it.

I have the query built, just don't know how to convert the results into a
popup box.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.
