Query with results in a value list from a combo box?

I am trying to write a query that shows a result that would have been chosen in a combo box that relates to a fixed combo box. Is that even possible? If so, any suggestions on how I go about it? Normally I would have expectedthis info in a table and then I would know how to do it.

You'll have to explain what you mean. I've read this three times and still
have no trace of an idea what you have, or what you're trying to accomplish.
"Would have been chosen"? Either it was chosen or it wasn't. "relates to a
fixed combo box"? What's a "fixed" combo box? How does it relate? Do you mean
"expected" this info into a table or "exported"?

More details please! Some attention to English grammar would be appreciated.
