Query without prompts?

Is it possible to run a query without it asking if I want
it to run. i.e. I want to run an append query but I don't
want it to ask me anything at all. I'd like it to just run
silently and without any user interaction.

Ok, I feel dumb, when in doubt, check tools / options.
