query wizard problem problem

Hi

In the past I have used the import query wizard to import data from
MSAccess to Excel and then edit the query using the wizard.

More recently after importing the data when attempting to edit I receive a
message advising that the wizard cannot edit the query and forcing me into
MSQuery.

I am not aware that I am importing the data any differently.

If anyone could offer any advice I would be extremely grateful.

I usually use this process to copy the table to various locations and edit
to return a different results, I now need to import the data separately for
each set of results for each table
