Query

I had these query for a while and for some odd reason when
I ran it, there were data but incorrect. The data
returned includes everything including blank cells
although I made it specif under criteria of what I'm
looking for. Someone told me that in Access, there are
invisible character that for some reason Access is reading
this invisible character AND it includes in the
result. ?? How can I correct the problem if I only need:
1). "Completed" items
2). I need to see the completed items for John, Mary, Jim
and Shaun. How do I set these both condition in my
query? Please help.

Thanks,
ME

You can see your table structure. We cannot. My telepathy is acting up
a bit tonight, and I'm not seeing it!

Please let us know the structure of your table, including what field
contains "Completed" and its fieldtype, and where the names might be
stored.
