Is it possible to transfer data in Access 2000 to access 2003. Or you have to
do all over again?

There should be absolutely no problem converting data from Access 2000 to 2003.

No problem. In fact, if you create a new .mdb file in A2003, it
creates it in A2000 format. An A2000 database can be opened and used
in A2003 with no changes and no conversion.
