Querying Data Results Page

I want to see if someone has an idea on how we can automatically query some
info by a person's User ID. Our server restricts users by this ID which just
happens to be their LAN ID which they use when they log in to their pc.
Anonymous browsing is shut off. Anyway, we want a Data Results page that will
query itself by this ID when they access the page. I saw a Cold Fusion page
that displayed this ID on a page and queried the database by that ID when the
person clicked 'submit'. Can this be done in FrontPage as well?
