Querying from multiple combos on a form

I have a number of combos on a form.
The data in the tables is for picking order, seperated into Order hdr, Order
details, Priority and order type.
Each combo has a starting and ending point
ie.
Priority Highest, High, Medium, Low and Lowest.
Each of the order hdrs is related to Priority and obviously the Order
details are related to order hdr.
I want to be able to select the Highest and Something (eg Medium) in the two
combos and have the number of orders to be picked returned.
What ever two criteria are selected in the combos should be queried from the
tables!

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where I could get ideas.
