queryinterface error in vb.net

Hi
I have a small program written in vb.net that exports a
data grid to excel.
It works on most computers but on a computer I received
the error message:
"query interface for interface excel_application failed"
I reinstalled office 2000 but the error message appeared
again.

Would you please help me?
