Question about best way to handle scheduling items when months have 5 weeks

I'm using Outlook 2002.

For calendar items that recur on a weekly basis, I get
annoyed because there are times when there are 5 Mondays,
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, etc.

It appears that my options for setting weekly recurrences
are-

First Monday of each month,

Second

Third

Fourth

Last

One problem is that there are times when the Fourth is
also the Last during a month. When this happens, the item
appears twice.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

Any chance that the "Last" might be switched to "Fifth"?

Dan: I am using Outlook 2003. When I select a weekly meeting, the
options are to recur every n number of weeks and which day of the week
to recur. When I select Monthly, the options are to recur day n for m
months or which cardinal number of the day of n months. If you are
trying to schedule weekly, you should be able schedule every Monday of
the month.
