Question about Changing Default Outlook Form

I have been working on changing the default Outlook 2003 Mail Form for my
company. My company wanted our letterhead to be reflected in email. So I
created a simple template that looks like our letterhead, and has our company
logo inserted into the email. I had success changing the default form to my
custom form according the following article:

http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault

The only drawback I have found, and don't know the solution to, is when I
know hit REPLY on any email, it attaches the embedded logo as an attachment
that I used within the new default email message. The strange thing is, that
when I hit reply on any email, it doesn't insert any of the "letterhead
email" text, formatting or anything. So when I hit reply, it doesn't look
like it uses the default template - which is OK with me - but for some reason
it's ONLY attaching the logo as an attachment that I have embedded within the
default email.

Again i'm using Outlook 2003, and I was able to change the default email
form to my custom form. And it has strangely affected all reply emails.

Anybody able to shed any light on this strange problem?

If possible I can post up come screen shots if this doesn't make sense...

Thanks!

Bad, bad idea. Using a custom form to send to people who don't have Outlook will ensure that they can't see any attachments.

Consider using stationery instead (although that won't be available for replies) or a signature.

The reply behavior might be cause by replying to a plain text message.
