Question about checkboxes on cutom forms

Hi everyone,

I have two checkboxes on a custom form. Whn I print the form the values in
the checkboxes print as either -1 for true or zero for false. Is there any
way to make it print Yes or No instead of -1 or zero?

Cathy - did you ever figure out how to do this? I am running into the same
difficulty and can't seem to get the checkbox to print correctly.
