Hi all,
Someone in my office has asked me to setup a mailbox which only his
department will have access to so they can have a central point for
any queries coming into their department.
I have managed to setup the mailbox and give everyone permission to
access it that needs it, but I am having problems with the delegation
profile. The mailbox is currently running in the outlook bar (outlook
97 is being used) alongside a mailbox which each user has. I can create
new mail and have it reply to the new address, but what I am trying to
get is to make it also look as if it has come from the new address as
well.
I've not been able to find an option of how to do this, although
everything
I've read has said that this can be used to make it look like the mail
has
come from someone else.
Any ideas would be most appreciated.
