Question about error message

Word 2000 SBE on Win2k: when Word loads, then this message appears in a
modal dialog box "Ok," "Help:"

"Compile error in hidden module WinFaxPrintAndMerge"

The header of this dialog box is Microsoft Visual Basic

Clicking on "Ok" clears the dialog box; clicking on "Help" brings up the VB
help module, but nothing loads.
