Question about form and sub form

Question about forms

When I have 2 data sheet forms (form and sub form) the plus sign (+) appear
beside the field of all record (if there is relation or no relation the (+)
appear)

I want to ask:

Is there any way to display (+) sing only when there is records related to
this record..

Do you mean when you view the datasheet for a TABLE. I don't think the plus
signs appear for a form even in datasheet view. It is better to
enter/edit/view data via forms (and probably not datasheet view), then you
can control the display more precisely.

In table view, clicking the plus sign not only displays related records for
editing but also allows you to add new records, hence it makes sense for it
to appear for all records.

Sorry, no.

You need the plus sign to open the Sub-Datasheet so that you can add related
Records even if there are no related Records at present.
