If you have one of the subscription versions of Office, contact Microsoft as
they discontinued that model for Office XP and they will give you a license
to run it in perpetuity without the renewal requirement.
If this is a version that requires activation and you did not activate it,
use Help->Activate product to activate it and get it out from the reduced
functionality mode,
