question about subfolders with subfolders not opening when new mailarrives

hello,
i have outlook 2007 with exchange 2007

my inbox has a subfolder structure like this

-subfolder1
--subsubfolder1
--subsubfolder2

when new mail arrives and is put in subsubfolder2 with a rule, the
subfolder1 does not open by itself?

previous (when we did not have exchange 2007 yet) my subfolder1 would
open perfectly when new mail arrived in one of the subsubfolders
underneath?
that was when my mail was still in a simple pst file

does anybody knows why this is not opening by itself anymore and how i
can fix this?
