Question about transfering Microsoft Office Suite to another compu

Okay, I purchased a downloadable copy of Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate
through "The Ultimate Deal" earlier this year. It was a great deal for an
excellent package, however, I don't use the suite that much. I was wondering,
can I uninstall the office suite off of my computer and send the downloaded
..exe file to my sister and have her install it on her computer. She just
started a business and would use the software a lot more than I would.

I'm assuming all I'll have to do is contact customer support to verify the
activation over the phone? Is that it?

If retail edition, uninstall on old PC, install on new PC the new owner may
have to use phone activation, theres nothing for the old owner to do, other
than uninstall it & pass on any relevent paperwork/keys/cd's

The Ultimate Deal was an offer for students. I would strongly suggest
reading your license agreement. You may not be able to do that.
