QUESTION ABOUT WORD

WHEN I USE WORD 2004 FOR MAC.
THERE IS A PROBLEM: WHEN I OPEN THE WORD OR >FILE> NEW BLANK DOCUMENT.
THERE ALWAYS NOT A BLANK DOCUMENT ALWAYS APPEARS SOME WORDS WHAT I
TYPED BEFORE. HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, CHEERS.
