I have a rather candid question. Is there a way to create a kind of
configuration table in a word document.
For instance, having a kind of table somewhere, not to be printed,
which says what the deal size must be : 30m. And in the word document,
every time the deal size is mentioned, the number is linked to the
first table so that if I change the table the whole document is updated
automatically. And this is possible, does it allow to do some simple
calculations, for instance beeing able to display somewhere half of the
deal size?
I guess that this is doable by using a link with an Excel document, but
because the word document is supposed to be circulated, I prefer to
have everything in the same file and no link with an external file.
Does anyone have an idea about how to do that?
I thank you in advance for your answer
