Question : Can I create/assign resources to RBS from AD ?

Hi,

I have populated my Enterprise Resource Pool from AD and want to assign
users to the RBS. Should Project Server implicitly create the RBS when I
first synch with AD or do I have to create the RBS in Server separately? If
so, what is the easiest way to create an RBS with about 30 rows?
