Question Content Databases and Project Server

I have some content databases I would like to restore. One of them works ok
when I create a new web application and add the content database, the other
does not. The issue is the second one is a Project Web Acess site and sub
site. I really need to recover this as there is alot of data in it, is there
any way I can recover it or the data inside it?

I should also add I have all the associated project server DBs
