Question for private items

Hi,

We run Outlook 2003. User A shared his calendar to User B and C. User A set
an appointment as Private, however he wants user B could see the detail, but
user C can not. I even granted user B with owner permission, B still couldn't
see the detail. Is there anyway to do it? Please help!
