Question, for the NG.

I have a document already finished, I want the user to
review my notes, but not print out the notes I've written.
Is there a way to insert notes on a document that the user
could either insert into the document or delete it totally
and insert their notes...?

(Kinda confusing in know)

email me if you can please...

Thanks

Or maybe tracking is the way to go? In the case of comments, if the reviewer
wants to include one of your comments, he would have to copy and paste (any
maybe format) into the body of the document. If you used tracking to insert
your comments, he can go through the doc using the reviewing toolbar and
accept or reject the comments one by one. Also when turning on tracking you
can choose Hightlight Changes on Screen and Highlight Changes When Editing
but leave Hightlight Changes in Printed Document unchecked so that tracked
changes will not appear in a printout.
