Hi I can't seem to be able to outdent a task after it became a summary task. I do not want that task to be a summary task anymore. How can I change the "property" of that task so it is not a summary task anymore.

Hello Jule,
Normally, the leftward green arrow will do that, but may be are you on the
Standard 2003 version?
Some other posts reported some problems with that.

You don't outdent the summary task, you outdent its children, promoting
them to normal tasks instead of subtasks. Note that if you're using
P2003 Standard version there's a glitch and it doesn't work right.
Professional works perfectly fine and there is a patch in the works for
Standard that should be available before too much longer. As it stands
right now, in 2003 Standard only, you'll need to delete the summary task
and its children and re-enter them as regular tasks without indenting.
