Question: How can a Project Leader change the actual Work Time in the Adminproject

Hello,

we use the an Admin Project in our DEV team to book holidays, learning time
and othe non project times.
My question is how to book for example holiday time from a person by the
project leader at the Project Server or MS Project?

For normal projects is it possible to change the book work from persons on
the project server in ressources view.
But the admin project is at this place not visible and in MS Project is it
not allowed do change the work time.
